Yes. We are committed to ensuring that you continue to receive the care you need. We will work with you to find new in-network health care providers and maintain your access to essential services. Our friendly customer service representatives are here to help. Just call 888-488-9850 (TTY: 711). Hours of Operation: Oct. 1 – March 31: seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Central Time. April 1 – Sept. 30: Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Central Time.
